EXTERIOR
A truly cossetted example having covered just 3,385 miles from new, this stunning Elise S3 is finished in factory original Solid Red Mono, (Code C183). Pampered and garaged stored, this example has only ever seen fair weather road use and the bodywork and underside condition reflects this. The muscular and aggressive lines are beautifully proportioned with no noteworthy imperfections. The aluminium underside with bright orange epoxy resin bonding is bright and even the fragile underside jacking stickers remain attached! INTERIOR
Engineering excellence is built into the interior with the aim to save weight and provide ultimate driver focused enjoyment with generous specification courtesy of the factory optional Touring Pack. The Touring Pack sports buckets seats are trimmed in Ebony Black leather to which the condition reflects the very low mileage. The exposed aluminium chassis and Elise carpet mats are super clean and unworn. The wide inner-sills are unmarked and all controls function correctly including the ice cold air conditioning and cruise control! A spotless rear luggage compartment houses the tyre repair equipment and toolkit. An interior Colin Chapman would be proud of!
ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The mid-mounted engine is the heart and soul of the car. Fitted with the ultra-reliable yet exhilarating Toyota 1ZR-FAE engine, the power output is quoted at 134 bhp at a dizzy 6800rpm. The engine compartment is spotlessly clean with the desirable Power Pack Sports Exhaust fitted to enhance the adrenalin-fuelled experience. A close ratio 6-speed gearbox compliments the engine’s character to ensure lightning responses and acceleration from 0-60mph in just 6.0 seconds and a top speed of 127mph. WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
Special ultra-light weight 12-spoke design cast alloy wheels are 16in to front with wider 17in rims to the rear which really aids the cars aggressive stance. Finished in Hi-power silver, all rims display a near perfect factory original finish with only one single spoke showing a minuscule scratch. Factory fitted Yokohama Advan tyres of size 175/55 R16 up front and 225/45 R17 to the rear retain ample even tread, a sure sign the car has not been tracked. The braking system incorporates Track Tuned ABS System with Electronic Brake Assist and Cornering Brake Control. The 288mm all-round cross drilled and ventilated brake discs feature AP Racing front and Brembo rear callipers all in rime condition.
HISTORY FILE
Supplied new by Lotus Cars on the 25th July 2016, this Elise S3 has covered a warranted 3,385 miles from new. A comprehensive service history includes five stamped entries in the service booklet with the most recent service just carried out in September 2024. All handbooks, guides and point of sale literature is held in the green Lotus document wallet and there are two remote keys with code tags and an original Elise range brochure. A file of corresponding service invoices and every MOT certificate dating back to the first in 2019 completes the history file.
