INTERIOR
Fabulous is every respect.  The blemish free Scandinavian hides are as new and are finished in Ivory full leather and Sable, (Code NED).  The tactile qualities of the Five Flute design seats and expanse of Burr Walnut veneer form part of the desirable Classic Pack to match the pristine colour co-ordinated carpets, steering wheel and upper facia/door tops.  Mood lighting and fully functional switch gear, gauges and controls all add the luxurious and sporting intensity.  The boot area remains unused and the Ivory tonneau cover is unmarked and retains its protective bag.  The first aid kit, fire extinguisher and even spare wheel ground sheet are all in unopened packaging.   A dealer tax disc holder is supplied but remains unused and the rear window sticker is attached.  The centre console still contains Jaguar mints!  Outstanding.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The AJ-V8 4.0 litre 32 valve, quad camshaft all aluminium lightweight engine packs 290bhp, enough to propel this Cat to 60mph in 6.7 seconds and an electronically limited top speed of 155mph.  Annual Jaguar Main Dealer servicing helps ensure optimal performance and reliability.  The engine bay is spotlessly clean and all factory plates and stickers are displayed.  The electronically controlled, intelligent five-speed automatic transmission featuring wide gear ratio spread, overdrive top gear and advanced low-inertia torque convertor operates seamlessly in both Sport and Normal modes.

HISTORY FILE
This incredible Jaguar XK8 Convertible was registered on the 3rd August 2001 by Doves Jaguar, South Croydon to a wealthy retired business man, Mr Garland.  In his careful ownership until the second and only other owner, Mr Henriques, took ownership in 2014.  An absolute testament to the two fastidious owners is annual Jaguar servicing by the same Jaguar Main Dealer.  A total of 15 annual service entries are recorded with the last being in July 2017 when the car had only covered 11,256 miles.  The verified mileage is now 11,771 miles.  The Jaguar leather wallet contains every handbook, guide and dealership point of sale literature including the original sales brochure.  Two sets of keys with remote fobs and supplying dealer Jaguar leather key tags are present.
