HISTORY FILE
Supplied new by MG Rover Main Dealers, The Priory Motor Group on the 3rd August 2004, the car was initially registered to them as a dealership demonstrator before being sold to the first private keeper Mrs Rosemary Pearson. The Used Car Vehicle invoice within the history file confirms all the details of when the car was sold by The Priory Motor Group at nine months old. In 2011 MG Owners Club member, Mrs Maureen Wylie, became the second private keeper using it only as a dry weather weekend car and keeping it garaged covering just 16,470 miles before selling it to KGF Classic Cars in 2019. KGF Classic Cars sold the vehicle to MG enthusiast, Mr Roger Schofield, who subsequently cared passionately about the car sat alongside his classic MGB. Subtle improvements such as a wind deflector, glass rear screen and no less than five maintenance visits to MG Specialists are all meticulously recorded. Two such visits involved cambelt changes with the last in November 2024 and a word processed documented by Mr Schofield breaks down all works and expenditure.
The original handbook and service book are present in the black leatherette MG wallet along with a neatly organised history file containing all supporting service invoices and previous MOT certificates to further validate the genuine low mileage and fastidious upkeep. There are two original keys and remotes and an original MG TF brochure to complete the impressive history file. It even comes with matching yellow sunglasses!
